Our report:
While performing the inspection we photograph all the issues we find. We make notes of the issues we find. We describe each problem, explain why it should be fixed, and how. The end of the report summarizes the most serious items. You decide which items will be fixed and how.

Radon Test:
Many homes in our area have radon levels
above the EPA's safety limits.
We use our own radon machines.
They are calibrated once a year.
The test takes two days.
The machine takes a reading every hour.
We provide a report with a graph of the
radon test readings.

| Water Testing:
If the water comes from a water company, they are required to test.
If the water comes from a private or shared well, it probabley has not been tested. We recommend testing.
Water Bacteria Test:
We take a sample of the water to a testing lab.
They provide a report stating if there is coliform bacteria found in the water.
We forward this report to you by email, usually within a week.
Water Chemical and Metal Test:
We take a sample of the water to a testing lab.
They provide a report lisitng the levels of various chemicals and metals.
We forward this report to you by email, usually within a month.
