Options for Receiving Your Report:

When it is ready we email the digital report (a pdf file).
This is the quickest way to get your report, usually within 24 hours.
Simply click on the file in the email, and your computer should open up the report.
You may save it and email it to others. You may print it.
Printed Report:
We print the report on our laser printer.
We package it and mail it. This might take a week or less with optional rush delivery.
Or it may be picked up locally usually within 24 hours.
Optional Radon Report:
We can send this report with the inspection report.
We can send it digitally or printed.
If we can schedule the radon test to finish the same day as the inspection, we may send them together.
Optional Water Test:
We send this when we receive the results from the lab.
We can send it digitally or printed.
The bacteria test usually takes a week or less.
The chemical and metal test usually takes a month or less.
