After scheduling your home inspection, please fax or email us the MLS listing and the Disclosure Statement. You can also download the Pre-Inspection Agreement HERE or by returning to the Schedule Inspection page. Our Fax is 828-389-2127 and our email is: Info@YourInspectionExpert.com Payment for your inspection should be made at the time of the inspection by credit card or check, or you can include your inspection fee with your other closing costs at closing - for a $35 fee.
