| WHEN is a good time for a home inspection?
- Before buying: Have peace of mind. Get the facts before you make the decision.
- While you own the home: Protect your investment. Find and repair problems before the get more expensive to fix.
- Before selling: Find the issues and fix them before the negotiations begin. If you were the buyer, would you choose a home with a report prepared by an independent inspector disclosing the issues? Getting these problems fixed might reduce the stress of the negotiations.

Pricing
We set our pricing a little less than the other companies in our area, and work at providing better quality service and a more detailed report. But if you find another local company that is certified by a national inspection organization and offers a better price for an inspection and report, we will match their price and give you $25 back to spend on your new home. We also offer discounts on some of our services. Contact us for up to date pricing.
| Inspection Options:
Radon: Should you get a radon test? The EPA recommends it. Read our radon page for more information. We offer a discount if the test is done during inspection.
Water: If the home has a well, we encourage water testing. You have the option of a bacteria, chemical, and metal test, or just a bacteria test. Instead, if the home receives a water bill you can ask the water company for a copy of their most recent test.
Outbuildings: If you want any other buildings inspected, we can include them in our report.
